How do I add a friend on CampSync?

Go to the Friends tab in the app and share your unique 8-character ID. Once they enter your ID and accept, you'll both see each other's schedules and free time.

What file formats can I import?

CampSync supports Excel (.xlsx), PDF, CSV, Word (.docx), and even a photo of a printed schedule. The AI reads it and adds your camps automatically.

Can friends see my full schedule?

No — your schedule is private by default. You control exactly what each friend can see from the privacy settings inside the app.

What is CampSync Pro?

CampSync Pro is $4.99/month and unlocks unlimited AI assistant usage. The free tier includes 3 AI interactions. All other features are free for everyone.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find CampSync, and tap Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
