We built this because summer is short.

CampSync started with a simple frustration: spending the whole school year looking forward to summer, then missing hangouts because nobody could figure out who was free when.

Coordinating summer plans across camps, trips, and busy friend groups is surprisingly hard. Texts get buried. Group chats turn into chaos. You find out too late that your best friend was actually free the same week you were.

CampSync fixes that. It gives everyone a shared view of the summer — who's at camp, who's traveling, and who has a free window — without anyone having to ask.

We added an AI assistant so you can just ask things like "when are Sam and I both free?" and get a real answer in seconds. And because schedules come in every format imaginable, you can import any of them and the AI figures out the rest.
